We offer both free and fee for service workshops within Northern Health's servicable region.

The Crisis Centre provides education workshops aimed at building suicide safer communities.  Our training includes skills training, healthy coping, communication, peer support and education to prevent and respond to crisis and suicde

We collaborate with and support agencies, front line workers, social workers, first responders, education providers, industry and the general public to develop an approach to suicide prevention.

Sandra has her Bachelor of Social Work and has been facilitating workshops for the Crisis Centre since 2012.  She is passionate about creating suicide safer communties and reducing the stigma of suicide.  Her workshops are engaging, educational and interactive.
